Worth the drive every time. I live in Menifee and will drive to lake Elsinore to pick up their pho. We absolutely love this pho place, they have the best tasting broth, noodles and beef. They're also extremely friendly, I usually place my order for pick up and drive there. The staff are so kind and genuinely welcoming. Ambiance is spacious and homey. Give them a try!

Staff and service are nice as i was greeted upon entering and my waiter even cracked a little joke haha. Ambience was good, pretty hygienic for the most part! The pho was yummy (given the lack of good food places in the area) The peanut sauce to me was below average in the sense that it almost looked prepackaged. I could be mistaken however. My ONLY negative with this place is how HOT it is in there. Like omg guys no one wants to be sweating their bums off while eating. Especially when its pho because your body temperature raises- it was easily 95 degrees outside so itd be nice to walk into a cool restaurant. I did have several flies around the table too which was annoying. But other than that I would definitely come back!

TL;DR: Friendly staff and decent pho, but Pho Neighbors needs to improve floor cleanliness, portion sizes, and appetizer quality in my opinion. Fresher veggies and better presentation would enhance the experience. I visited Pho Neighbors in search of a closer alternative to my favorite spot in Garden Grove. As a longtime pho enthusiast, here's my review: Environment: The restaurant has a hole-in-the-wall feel. While the dishes and tables were clean, the floor could have been cleaner, and there were fungus gnats flying around. Service, Price, and Portions: The service was good and friendly, and the owner was very nice. Prices were standard, but portions were smaller with only one size option for the pho (as far as I'm aware.) Parking was easy, and it wasn't busy on a Monday evening. Appetizers: I ordered gỏi cuốn and chả giò. The gỏi cuốn was average, mostly shredded iceberg lettuce, and lacked pork. The peanut sauce was a bit too sweet, resembling a basic mix of peanut butter and hoisin with no other seasoning. The chả giò was standard, but the wilted lettuce and lackluster dipping sauce was disappointing. Online photos showed fresher lettuce and better spring rolls, so maybe I went on an 'off' day. Pho: I ordered pho with rare beef, brisket, and meatballs; my boyfriend got pho with rare beef, brisket, meatballs, tendon, and tripe. The pho was hot and above average compared to most places outside of Orange County but not outstanding. Presentation: The food presentation could be improved with fresher greens, adding chopped peanuts to the peanut sauce, and including pickled carrots in the chả giò dipping sauce or something. It looked bland. Summary: While the pho was decent, Pho Neighbors needs to improve floor cleanliness, portion sizes, and appetizer quality. Enhancing ingredient freshness and presentation would significantly elevate the dining experience. If I went back, I wouldn't get the fresh spring rolls, would ask for more greens and sides for the fried rolls, and also request that the sliced rare beef be served on the side to avoid being overcooked.

Everything was absolutely delicious! I'm so happy we stopped by and found this place while getting my brakes fixed down the road. Everyone working was very nice and service was fast! Small kinda too hot in here for my liking but definitely worth it regardless. I found my new favorite pho place near me.

Best Pho in town. I would only eat pho here. Tells you how yummy their pho is when your autistic son and you ate up their noodle soup. We drank the bowl empty. They give you a generous amount of meat and noodles. Their soup base is so good you don't need to add anything like hoisin sauce. The soup itself is phenomenal and delicious. The ambiance here is good, spacious and lots of tables.

This place is great! Very flavorful, they have delicious food and great prices and really nice customer service. I've tried several items, but their flaming beef is one of my favorites. The prawn salad is very good too, very light and refreshing.

Wowww didn't expect to love this place. Who knew Menifee actually has some good Asian food! I grew up and lived basically all my life in OC and IE where there's such an abundance of delicious Asian food and have also been to many other Asian restaurants in SD, LA & basically anywhere I travel long distance. I have to admit this was one of the best pho broths I've had. That's saying a lot! The pho broth was super flavorful and the garlic wings - BOMBBBB! I wish I ordered more to go honestly. Found a new go-to-spot in Menifee. Service was also good, quick, and friendly staff.

Pho Neighbor in Lake Elsinore has been a staple for Vietnamese cuisine for me for years, consistently impressing with its authentic flavors and quality. From the heartwarming pho to the fresh spring rolls, every dish is a hit. Recently, I tried their salt and pepper fried chicken and garlic butter salmon, both of which were delicious and perfectly prepared. The fried chicken was crispy and savory, while the salmon was flaky and richly flavored. The customer service is always excellent, with food arriving hot and fresh. This level of consistency and quality in both food and service is rare, making Pho Neighbor a standout restaurant. It's an inviting place that merges traditional and innovative Vietnamese dishes flawlessly, ensuring a memorable dining experience every time.

Best pho in town. I moved to the area from Orange County and was sad to see there were not a lot of pho restaurants out here. Their broth is delicious and authentic, which makes their pho absolutely superb! I wished they had a takeout delivery service. All their food offered on their menu is delicious, I always get their oxtail pho but have tried other dishes. Inside the restaurant, there is plenty of seating and the staff is very friendly. Food is fresh and comes out quickly. I'd definitely recommend this place.

This place is the what you hope and dream every Vietnamese place you go to will be. As someone who is gluten free I called ahead and they let me know that all their vermicelli noodles were safe. Upon arriving, one of the servers recognized me from the phone and was extremely friendly. My whole group ordered, and the food came out extremely fast. To make the experience even more amazing, I couldn't decide between shrimp and chicken in my bowl, and my server surprised me by adding complimentary shrimp in the chicken bowl I ordered because he knew I had been craving both. Moving to the actual food-it was fantastic. Chicken was fresh and the whole bowl was so good I found myself continuing to eat well past when I was full. We will be coming back every time we are in Elsinore.
